Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and scheduled for delivery after confirmation.
Delivery timing depends on stock availability and payment confirmation.
We charge a delivery fee of PKR 250 for doorstep delivery of products.
The expected delivery time for orders is 3 to 10 working days.
Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver a parcel.
Exchange Policy:
We allow our customers to exchange their purchased items once.
Any purchased product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt from the courier if; the item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, or if it does not match the product’s specifications.
Delivery charges to exchange an item will be paid by the customer.
Colours may slightly vary from the original products due to photoshoots and different screen resolutions. Such exchange requests will not be acceptable.
A replacement will be sent if a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped.
Photographic evidence of the defective item should be emailed to wecare@sakeenaz.pk
Exchanging is allowed if the product is unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition.
Items purchased on discount/sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including but not limited to:
Exchange requests are made outside the specified time frame.
Product damaged due to use.
The product has been tampered.
We don’t offer cash returns; instead, you have to buy another product of the same or extra price.
