No, But creating a user account will help you to order seamlessly without entering your details every time you shop with us. You may sign up right now, or you may first start shopping and create your account at checkout page. If you create an account with us, you will get following benefits:

  5. Save your shipping and personal details for future buying

Go to Sakeenaz, tap on “Login/ Signup” in menu or click on “user” icon and provide  your personal particulars and click “continue” to register your account with Sakeenaz. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your account information. If you face any difficulty, kindly go to “contact us” or call us at 0343-3488587

Please click on ‘Lost your password?’ which is available at the ‘Login’ page. Enter your email address and click on “Get New Password”. A set of instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

First sign in to your account then and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit/update your details in your account and save it for future orders. If you wish to change the delivery address for a placed order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will change it if the order has not been shipped.

Order

Got to Sakeenaz:

  1. Select the product you want to buy
  2. Choose product variants if any
  3. Click on “Add to Cart” Button
  4. Click on “Checkout” and fill the required informtion
  5. Click on “Place Order”

Go to “Track Order” and provide your ‘Order ID’ and ‘Email’ and click on ‘Track’. You can also contct customer support for your order tracking.

Sign in to “My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped at our end. Order cancellation depends on shipping status. Send your order cancellation request to wecare@Sakeenaz.pk, . Once we receive your Order Cancellation request, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours regarding the status of your order and confirm whether the order can be cancelled or not. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order after your order has been shipped. However, you can place a new order and request the customer service department to combine the shipment of both orders. For this purpose, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Care Representative to confirm the status of order placed earlier. Combine shipment can only be facilitated when customer communicate to our Customer Care Center, prior to the shipment of order placed earlier.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item.

Returns & Exchange

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery partner. Please check your address carefully before placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log in to your online account and update the relevant fields. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange redelivery of the products.

Most of our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel and they might require a signature upon delivery of parcel. The delivery agents will attempt to contact the customer at the given contact number to rearrange a delivery. However, this may be unsuccessful if the contact number is unreachable. If the customer failed to receive the package after the delivery agent’s delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

You can exchange your faulty or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. But remember, you have to pay the delivery charges if you return  any product to us.
